How much does it cost to hire the band?

 

​The cost of hiring the band will vary based upon the nature of the event, the distance to be travelled, the timing of the performance and any additional costs that might be incured. Please make contact with us to receive a personal quotation.

How long will you play for?

​

​We usually play for up to two hours made up of two sets, but timings can be agreed to suit the occasion.

How long does it take for you to set up?

​

Assuming we have easy access onto a clear stage we would normally take around an hour to set up and sound check. Long distances from vehicle parking and stairs would obviously add to these timings.

Is all your equipment tested and insured?

​

All of the band equipment is PAT tested and reliable, we always have a qualified electrician with the band. The band holds a £5million Public Liaibility Insurance which can be  provided upon request.

 

Do you have professional and reliable equipment?

The quality of the sound is something The Bridge takes very seriously and we use excellent equipment which is regularly serviced. Our sound engineer Dafydd looks after the sound for us and makes sure we always sound great (and that the volume is kept under tight control).

How far will you travel?

​

The band is willing to travel! We have played all over Europe, but you are more likely to be  booking us for a UK venue. If your event is over 100 miles from GL52, we will require consideration for overnight accommodation for 5 people. If your venue is over 25 miles from GL52 there may be an extra charge made.

Can you provide a disco as well?

​

The band can provide music before & in between sets. We are happy to 'plug-in' a laptop / music player / iPod you provide. Alternatively, the band are able to recommend a great DJ who we've worked with on many occasions. Music will cease 15 minutes after the end of our performance.

What requirements do the band have?

​

​The band require a 'playing area' of at least 4m width x 3m depth. We need at least 2 power sockets. We ask that there is an area to change in, and that there is some consideration made for food and drink for 5 people.
